>If you have a longer torso, the length will lay just above the glutes.
>For shorter torso, the length would be a bit longer.

I need to change or cancel my order. What do I do?
>Because we complete all orders pretty swiftly, we must hear from you by 5:00pm(EST) on the same day the order was placed for modifications or cancellations.

My shirt does not fit. How do I return or exchange my order?

How long before I receive a refund after you have received my return?
>It depends on your bank but could take up to 15 business days. We process all returns within 24 hours from the date we receive your return request and will send you a confirmation email of the completed return.
How long before my exchange is mailed?
>We will process your exchange within 72 hours once received. Once shipped, Transit time for economy shipping is 5-8 business days.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
>No we do not. But this could change in the future.
Why was my refund rejected?
>Please refer to our return policy guidelines Returns and Exchange. We adhere to a strick return policy. The cost of the shirts are not cheap and if returned in any other way besides how you received the shirt, we can not sell the shirt. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE RETURN POLICY.
Why is my order not showing up on the return site?

Will my shirt shrink, pill or fall apart?
>Pima is an ELS (extra long staple) cotton. It's significantly softer, stronger, and longer-lasting that other cottons. It resists pilling, shrinking, and disintegrating in your Our entire process is sustainable and environmentally responsible, from the seeds of our cotton to the glue on the tape of our packaging. Sure, it takes extra effort. But our planet and its beings are worth it.
How sustainable is your business or what makes you sustainable?
>I partnered with Bergman Rivera to use 100% Organic Pima Cotton for all of our tees, grown, hand picked and manufactured in Peru. This means it’s free of fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, defoliants, and GMOs.

How do I take care of my new favorite tee?
>Your tee is made with so much love and because of how it is made, please care for your new favorite tee as instructed below.
>Cold wash gentle. No bleach. Tumble dry low - delicate. Please check to make sure your laundry detergent does not have bleach in it and always confirm your bleach draw does not have left over bleach from a previous wash.
>Be mindful of any type of acne medication, body sprays, body oils and lotions you maybe using as it has been known to cause unexplained bleach marks on clothes.
>Warm iron if needed but never iron design. Do not dry clean. Please wash me with like colors. Handle me with care. Never ever wring me
>See care instructions label on your tee for same instructions.But if your eyes are like mine, it’s helpful to refer here for care instructions.
How do your sizes compare to other shirts?
>We use standard sizing.
What happens when you sell out of a style?
All of our tees are made in limited production. Each graphic design tee are printed in limited quantity, we generally print between 35-72 tees to include sizes from XS - XL depending on the design and colors used and minimum print requirements from the printer. Once sold out, that is it.
We will always carry limited batches of plain tees with a restock each month.
