Why the name Poppin Loom?

After three attempts with the USPTO, my original name, Soultree Apparel, was a no-go. Just before Thanksgiving 2023, my attorney gave me a friendly nudge to change it sooner rather than later since I had several markets lined up for the upcoming year.

So, I was chatting with my friend about name ideas, and I already knew I wanted "Loom" to be a part of it. Deb jumped in with the brilliant idea to brainstorm while popping a bottle of champagne, and just like that, "Poppin Loom" was born! Fun fact: we never actually got around to popping that champagne bottle!

Poppin: The term "poppin" adds a sense of energy, excitement, and

trendiness. I feel it suggests the products I offer are lively, eye-

catching, and in tune with current styles.

Loom: The inclusion of "loom" ties back to the traditional

craftsmanship of weaving textiles with an emphasis of the use of

organic Pima cotton and other sustainable materials, promoting

eco-friendly and ethical practices.
